Job Opportunities

In-Intensive Community (IIC)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:  Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related clinical discipline.

​

JOB DESCRIPTION: Clinician will serve as the primary therapist for in-home clients while utilizing short-term, focused therapeutic interventions to assist the youth/family with behavioral and emotional needs. 

​

IIC Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct individual/family counseling services in the home and community of the youth

  • Meet with youth and family weekly (typically 2 hours)

  • Create and maintain treatment plans

  • Crisis Interventions

  • Maintain contact with treatment team members including CMO and MRSS

  • Complete and submit all required documents in a timely manner 

  • Attend required supervision to comply with Medicaid standards

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of the Electronic Health Record (Cyber)

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current mobile insurance

Behavioral Assistant (BA)

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, learning disabilities, social work, or related field

​

JOB DESCRIPTION: Work with youth and families, assisting them with addressing topics such as: behavioral challenges, anger management, low self-esteem, interpersonal issues, school issues, and familial issues.

 

BA Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct service to youth in the home and community of the youth

  • Carry out BA ISP plans developed by the clinician assigned to the case

  • Meet with youth and family weekly (typically 2 hours)

  • Maintain contact with treatment team members including CMO and mobile response

  • Complete and submit all required documents in a timely manner 

  • Attend required supervision to comply with Medicaid standards

  • Obtain and/or maintain BA Certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of the Electronic Health Record (Cyber)

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current mobile insurance​

Outpatient â€‹â€‹

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:  Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or other related clinical discipline with a LCSW, LSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT or anLicensed Psychologist

Associate-level clinicians (LSW, LAC) are welcome to apply but must be under supervision per NJ Board of Examiners regulations.

  • Provide direct individual/family counseling services located at 2500 McClellan Ave Suite 260, Pennsauken NJ,

  • Meet with youth and family weekly (typically 2 hours)

  • Create and maintain treatment plans

  • Crisis Interventions

  • Complete and submit all required documents in a timely manner 

  • Attend required supervision to comply with Medicaid standards

  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current mobile insurance
