IIC/BA Serivces
IIC services provide community-based, short-term, needs-based clinical interventions designed to support children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and social needs. Services can be provided in the home or out in the community at no cost to the family.

BA services may also be offered to youth who are currently working with an IIC. An IIC and BA will collaborate and create an appropriate plan to help reduce behavioral challenges.
Biopsychosocial Assessments
A comprehensive assessment designed to assess biological, psychological, and social factors that may be contributing to the youth's challenges. This assessment is also used as a tool to her providers determine the best services and resources needed to help support and stabilize the youth and family.

How It Works...

Assess
First, you will need to contact PerformCare and describe the behavioral, mental, or emotional problems that your child is exhibiting.
Next, a representative from PerformCare will meet with the child and family to assess and discuss the needs of the youth which can be behavioral, emotional, or social.

And finally, a licensed clinician will contact the family to schedule the first in-home session.
